Job Description
We are currently seeking full or part-time Prep, Line, and Pizza Cooks.
Major responsibilities include:

Prepare lunch and/or dinners

Review menus prior to preparation of food

Assure that all food procedures and recipes are strictly followed

Assist Chef with the purchase and inventory of the food supply when needed

Follow all sanitation guidelines

Become familiar with new menu items/dishes/specials

Experience with a wood-burning pizza oven preferred
Requirements

Formal on-the-job training or graduate of a culinary institute preferred

Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required

Experience with quantity food preparation preferred

Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes

Wood pizza oven experience a plus
