As a Host/Hostess you will welcome guests to Lena's with a warm, friendly smile that represents the spirit of the restaurant. Experience with OpenTable reservations systems is a plus and an outgoing attitude is what we seek for this important job.

Evening  and weekend positions available.  

You will work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, environment to deliver the best dining experience to our guests by:

• Greeting guests in a friendly and inviting manner
• Engaging in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion
• Introducing guests to their server
• Managing restaurant wait list during high volume to accurately set guests' expectations
• Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables to ensure they are ready for the next guest
• Always sincerely thanking guests as they leave and inviting them to return
• Maintaining a calm and helpful attitude during the restaurant's peak volume
• Accurately taking and assembling To-Go orders.
• Complete menu and specials knowledge
• Proper cash handling
