Job Description

Maintains control over and is responsible for using the procedures in place to ensure appropriate security.

Manipulate vehicles to maximize all available parking spaces

Clean up debris from parking lot.

Use hand signals and lights to direct patrons into open spots.

Position or remove barricades to prevent parking in certain spots.

Greet customers.
-
Help customers locate their vehicles.

Resolve parking lot disputes that occur between customers.

Escort customers to their vehicles if needed.
-
Call for cabs or tow trucks per clients' request.

Help patrons exit parking safely.
Requirements
-
Must be at least 18 years of age

Must have a High School Diploma or GED

Excellent verbal English communication skills using proper grammar in a pleasant manner
-
Must be able to handle multiple routine tasks, following specific instructions carefully
-
Must be able to lift and carry up to forty (40) pounds.
